Folder lock in Windows Explorer

Do you know folder lock in windows explorer ?
One of them is to make icon folder will be locked....
This is the way :
1. Select, chooses folder which will be locked.
2. Right click, select, chooses rename or turn F2.



3. Adds by the end of name of folder:.{2559a1f2-21d7-11d4-bdaf-00c04f60b9f0}
4. If finish, then compress enter.
5. folder Icon will change into icon padlock.

Tries open with explorer. Just double click. Can open? Right click > explore. Can? For consumer windows 7, right click > Open or Open indium new window.. can?

This folder can be locked and changed its(the ikon because code added rear its.
This id Code called as CLSID, what contained all project of files manager Microsoft which there is COM special objects in it. Where is code applied to change ikon, name, function, and access right, its(the function is make folder recycler, recent items, briefcase, etc., is holding responsible to all behavioral instinct in Windows system files.
